Longer visits, direct access to your personal physician, no waits to be seen, same day, next day and urgent visits, a personal relationship with your medical doctor. We offer two types of plans: membership and fee for service
With membership, you pay a monthly fee for unlimited visits with your physician. Membership also provides you with discounts on visits with other practitioners, services and products. You have exclusive access to events, sales, and education.
Don’t need to see us that often? No worries. Our fee for service plan allows you to pay for each visit as you go.
Still not sure? Don’t worry, you don’t have to decide until the end of your initial visit!
Choose the plan that fits your budget and lifestyle
We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your own insurance company for potential reimbursement after you have been seen. We can’t promise reimbursement, but many of our patients and clients, receive money back from their insurance companies.

You can also use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your services. If we order labs, imaging or other tests, these will be billed directly to your insurance company through the lab or testing location.
